Adam McCombs is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Livly, where he leads AI-powered Resident Operations for the multifamily industry. David Shaw is President and Chief Operating Officer at Livly. Over five years he has built the connective tissue between product, revenue, marketing, and customer success — turning a fast-growing platform into a company that operates as one motion rather than four. His work behind Livly Key extended the platform from software into the physical operations of the building. His throughline is the same as the product’s: remove the friction that costs property teams their time.
Mehdi Chraibi is Chief Technology Officer at Livly. Over eight years he has built both the platform beneath the product and the engineering organization that ships it. The platform spans the resident and staff apps, integrations with the leading property management systems, payments, and the smart-access layer that puts six lock vendors behind one key. The organization grew to thirty across six disciplines, shaped by a practice he set that became Livly’s engineering culture: small accountable teams, trunk-based delivery, dozens of production releases a day. Most recently he led Livly’s move to AI agents that finish property operations work rather than flag it. His throughline is a builder’s: he still ships the code, and every system has to earn trust with evidence.
As Chief Strategy Officer at Livly, Will Coffin leads Livly’s access control and IoT strategy, including Livly Key, a unified access platform that brings the industry’s leading lock and credential systems into a single mobile key experience. As GM of Livly Connect, he has built the international partner network through which Livly delivers and supports connected building technology across North America. Brian has been building product since 2014, when he took over the Recruitment and Camps solutions at JumpForward, work that helped drive the company’s acquisition by Vista Equity Partners in 2016. He joined Livly (then Binway) in 2018, starting on the property operations side before growing into his current role overseeing product across the entire platform. Brian owns the full product lifecycle at Livly, from gathering customer ideas and feedback to design, requirements, agile sprint planning, and release. He’s also spent the last two years putting AI to work in Livly’s product as well as his own process, using it to speed up design and requirements writing so the team can move faster without losing quality.
